It still hasn’t arrived , it was ordered on the 24th jan and despite several different date promises it was being delivered the next day from Saul that chased up the tracking of the parcel the climax bar is yet to still be delivered . How is is it I bought a chain a week later and that turned up last Tuesday in 4 days ordering the chain yet still no climax bar has been delivered and understandably I am not happy.
Hi Ian, as you know we are as frustrated as you by this. As you know from the tracking code (and we've had several discussions on email on this) the item has been at the Royal Mail Delivery centre for well over a week now - since 26th January, and has been scheduled to be delivered 'today' between 9:30 and 1pm every day we've checked since. We've raised several tickets to Royal Mail and as yet have not had a response. We are working to get the bar to you as fast as possible.
One of the chains sent was wrong size
